RALEIGH, N.C. – Constellation Digital Partners, announced it will host LAUNCH, the company’s first interactive developers conference, March 19-21 at Georgia’s Own Credit Union in Midtown Atlanta.
Constellation Digital Partners is a CUSO launched by Coastal Credit Union in Raleigh, N.C. that is building what it has described as a “revolutionary software platform that will transform the future of digital banking for credit unions and members.” The company has been seeking to raise what would be a record capital raise for credit unions, $28-million, in 2017, and was featured in CUToday.info here.

According to the start-up CUSO, the three-day conference will arm developers with the skills, resources and documentation needed to start building services within the platform. Conference highlights will include networking opportunities, Constellation platform training and learning sessions, and friendly competition, Constellation said.
“We look forward to giving developers the opportunity to create services directly in our banking platform, which has never been done before in our industry,” said Kristopher Kovacs, founder and CEO of Constellation. “At LAUNCH, participants will be fully immersed into the platform and will receive the training and education needed to start creating services. Then, developers will be able to put their newfound skills to the test with our ‘hack-a-thon’ competition during the conference.”
Constellation is finalizing the build out of its cloud-based financial services marketplace and platform that will allow credit unions and members to choose which services to use inside of a secure banking experience. The first release of the open development platform will launch later this month. The platform will include a new service-based economy where developers can create tiles or services, and then credit unions can seek out and select those services within the marketplace, Constellation explained.
The event is being hosted for developers from Constellation’s investor and service provider community who are currently registered under the Early Developers Program. Interested individuals who are new to Constellation must become a registered developer to attend LAUNCH, Constellation said.
