WASHINGTON—NAFCU's Congressional Caucus is a week away, and the association has added Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) to its speaker lineup.
Paul is slated to speak to Caucus attendees Thursday, Sept. 13, NAFCU said.
Paul, a former presidential candidate, currently serves on the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee. The committee frequently works with the Small Business Administration (SBA), which offers many loan programs used by credit unions. Paul is also known for championing constitutional liberties and fiscal responsibility, NAFCU said.
