City & County Breaks Ground On Newground-Led Facility

EAGAN, Minn.–City & County Credit Union has broken ground on a new branch that is being designed and built by Newground.

According to Newground, the new branch is designed after their newest branch in Woodbury, Minn. When complete, the new 3,600 square foot branch will feature a coffee lounge, extended hours, and the latest in modern technology such as a cash bar, SMART ATMs and digital displays. The site includes two drive-through lanes.

The branch will be located at 1523 Central Parkway, in the new Central Park Commons, and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018.

“City & County Credit Union is focused on building a network of branches that are the epitome of the ‘branch of the future,’’ said Kevin Blair, president and CEO of Newground. “Their commitment to the community to embody a true member experience will be infused throughout every single element of the new branch and we are proud to be the partner of choice for this project.
