COLUMBUS, Ind.–Centra Credit Union has named Rick Silvers president and chief executive officer. Silvers previously served as chief retail officer for Teachers Credit Union in South Bend, Ind. Silvers has already begun in his new role.
"We are extremely pleased to have Rick lead Centra Credit Union as CEO/president," said Loretta Burd, Centra CU’s board chair. "Rick is a successful executive who brings over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry."
Silvers issued a statement saying it is his responsibility as president and CEO is to ensure the company continues to grow in order to "consistently return that value."
