BROOKFIELD, Wis.—Celero has extended its relationship with Fiserv, with the renewal of its core banking services agreement.
The multi-year agreement builds on an existing 16-year strategic partnership and demonstrates both organizations’ commitment to providing Canadian credit unions with leading technology solutions to support their strategies, such as DNA from Fiserv, an open, real-time core account processing platform, and other surround solutions. Celero licenses the DNA platform and other Fiserv solutions for over 65 credit unions representing more than 800,000 members, Fiserv said.
“In Canada, Celero and Fiserv are the market leaders in providing core banking services to credit unions. Together, we are enabling credit unions to provide reliable, secure and innovative banking services to over a million Canadians every day,” said Tracy Morin, VP, Core Banking, Celero. “The extension of our partnership with Fiserv creates continuity and stability for our clients at a time when the financial services sector is undergoing significant change in digital transformation, payments modernization and positioning to be open banking ready. This renewed agreement serves as a collaborative launch point to deliver new innovations for the credit union system for years to come,” she added.
