TAMPA, Fla.– Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU) will host two webinars, including one at 11 a.m. ET today, to introduce credit unions to a new three-tiered, cost-effective solution called Optimize by CSCU, which is aimed at improving card programs.
The company said the turnkey marketing program utilizes products, services and campaigns to increase penetration, activation and usage.
“Optimize will allow our credit unions to improve their portfolio growth and profitability by providing resources and expertise to help them adapt to changes in electronic payments,” said Bill Lehman, senior vice president of Portfolio Consulting Services, CSCU.
The initial launch includes the first tier, called Portfolio Growth Solutions, which is a 12-month turnkey marketing calendar that is planned, coordinated and implemented by CSCU on behalf of the credit union. The next tier, Premier Consulting Services, available in September, builds upon the first as it leverages portfolio analytics supported with marketing resources to customize campaigns, materials and communications. The third tier, Portfolio Management set to launch in 2016, is the most customizable and all-inclusive level that allows CSCU to manage the credit union’s entire portfolio while offering the best in card products.
“Credit unions that took advantage of CSCU’s consultative services outperformed those that did not by 1.3% in total revenue growth,” Lehman said.
