CLARKSBURG, W.Va. - CWV Tel Credit Union here has a new name. The credit union is now Home Federal.
The credit union said it underwent the name and branding change to reflect the changes it has undergone in membership during its 70-year history.
CEO Natisha Swiger told WBOY the credit union adopted the new name to better reflect the members it serves.
"It was fun, redecorating the office, making it a little homey touch," Swiger said. "Leading up to it, as we were redecorating, everyone would come in and say, 'It's so homey in here.' We couldn't say yet that our name is 'Home,' but we are super excited and everyone seems to love it."
Home Federal Credit Union FOM includes anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Harrison County, West Virginia.
