LAYTON, Utah – Credit union core software CUSO CUProdigy has named Anthony W. Montgomery as the company’s new CEO.
He takes over for Charlie Fulks, who will be stepping down this month after 24 years leading the company.
Most recently, Montgomery has served as PMO director for Nashville, Tenn.-based LPS Integration, a $100+ million company that provides cloud hosting, managed services, networking, storage and virtualization technology consulting.
Montgomery’s credit union experience includes three years as chief operations officer for Blackhawk Community Credit Union in Janesville, Wis.; a year as vice president, technology for Ventura County Credit Union in Ventura, Calif., and two years as chief financial/information officer at Fort Campbell FCU in Clarksville, Tenn. He also spent one year as senior IT manager for CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wis., and eight years as a vice president at ABN AMRO N.V. in Chicago.
Montgomery is currently in progress to earn a doctor of education (Ed.D.) in leadership (ABD) from Creighton University.
Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates led the executive search.
CUProdigy currently serves 15 credit unions, representing $1.85 billion in total assets and 203,000 credit union members.
