CHICAGO–CUNAs Credit Union System Digitization Working Group met here yesterday and is getting closer to providing “deliverables,” according to EVP/Chief Engagement Officer Greg Michlig, who leads the Working Group.
Approximately a dozen members were in the Windy City in person while others joined via video as the group continues its work toward building a digital maturity model roadmap, building a digital journey assessment tool and creating a CU digitization score, according to Michlig.
As CUToday.info has reported earlier, the group was organized to “create an industrywide roadmap for digitization.” Michlig said the one-day group session, which follows a year of work, will help to “significantly” move the group forward. That includes reviewing a proof of concept on one platform during the meeting, he said.
Michlig said the Working Group will soon release another report on its work.
