WASHINGTON—CUNA is reporting its Compliance team has released its annual 2021 Year in Review and checklist, which covers all rules and amendments affecting credit unions issued in the last year.
The Year in Review covers rules, related CUNA compliance resources, links to the final rules, and effective dates. It also contains a list of all federal agency resources related to the rules, CUNA said.
The checklist asks a series of questions to ensure credit union compliance with the specific requirements within each rule, according to CUNA.
Topics covered include:
- Consumer and real estate lending
- Deposit accounts
- Operations
- COVID-19 regulations
The information can be found on CUNA’s CompBlog, and the complete list (CUNA member CUs) can also be found within CUNA Compliance Management System.
CompBlog also contains the list of COVID-19 temporary provisions set to expire in 2022 and beyond, updated this month, according to the association.
