“TruStage Connect” is a live video and text chat is a live video and text chat for the life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance offered through trustage.com that leverages the expertise of licensed insurance agents who can share their screen with the consumer to help them navigate the website to shop for insurance, according to CUNA Mutual.
CUNA Mutual said the new live video chat service is one of the first of its kind in the insurance industry, connecting consumers with a licensed agent as they browse the website to shop for insurance products. It’s also the latest example of the company’s ongoing commitment to consumer-focused initiatives and innovation.
