NACUSO Board
Meanwhile, NACUSO has also announced the results of its board of directors elections following its NACUSO Network Conference in San Diego recently.
Board members re-elected for a three-year term are Ray Crouse, CEO of Parsons FCU; Jay Johnson, partner with Callahan & Associates; Mike Hales, EVP Strategic Relationships at CU Revest, and Phil DuPree, chief revenue officer for CU Direct.
“We had five board members’ terms expire in 2019,” said Jack Antonini, president/CEO of NACUSO. “We were fortunate to have four out of the five members with expiring terms run for re-election with the exception of Mike Atkins, CEO of Open Technology Solutions. Mike has dedicated the last nine years to volunteering on our board and did not feel he could continue to give as much time as he’d like. We are extremely grateful for his exemplary service and completely understand how busy he is and wish him well.
“We are also thrilled to welcome Tom Davis, CEO of Trellance to fill the fifth vacant position on our board,” continued Antonini. “Tom Davis is the visionary and driving force behind Trellance. A respected subject-matter expert in finance, technology, payments, and strategic planning, he is skilled at simplifying the complexity involved with the many new technologies that impact credit unions today in the future.”
