MADISON, Wis.–CUES has announced a new Talent Development Conference to be held in 2022.
The organization has scheduled the event for May 15-17 in Austin.
“This first-of-its-kind event unites your CEO and chief HR, talent development, or people officer to create alignment around your credit union’s people strategy,” CUES said in announcing the meeting.
According to CUES, the event will:
- Set a level foundation for the CEO and chief HR/TD/people officer
- Provide actionable content specifically for the CU industry
- Tie back to a credit union’s strategy
- Help attendees gain clarity on new strategies, technologies, and processes
- Allow for networking with your peers, providing new ideas to take back to their credit unions
- Allow attendees to step back from day-to-day talent management and discover how to positively impact their people strategy from CUES
