CU’s ATM Stolen As Part Of ‘Quadruple Crime’

TEXARKANA, Texas — Police here continue to look for the robbers behind what is being called a “quadruple theft” and which involved stealing one CU’s ATM.

Police said the robbers stole a rental truck, and other equipment from a construction site, and then went to a branch of Red River FCU where they used what’s believed to be a stolen skylift to knock over and remove the ATM from its footings.

The ATM was then loaded into a stolen rental truck and driven away. The amount of cash inside the machine has not been disclosed.
