LIVONIA, Mich.–CU Solutions Group (CUSG) has named Brandi Stankovic as its senior vice president of credit union engagement and consulting.
Stankovic is known to many in credit unions for her work as managing partner of Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates (MSA), for work with the Global Women’s Leadership Network, and for hosting the Strategic Hotbox podcast, with which CUToday.info has partnered here.
CU Solutions Group said Stankovic will officially assume full-time duties with CUSG Feb. 26, 2018, and will continue to be based in Las Vegas.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Brandi join our organization; she brings a strong and unique skillset to the team.” said Dave Adams, CEO of CU Solutions Group. “We are particularly interested in launching our national product-led consulting strategy in conjunction with state leagues and other industry consultants. This is a continuation of CUSG’s passion for collaboration with the CUNA/league credit union system to better serve credit unions of all sizes nationally with our partners.”
“We are delighted that Brandi will be leading a brand-new product-led consulting vision for CUSG,” said Susan Mitchell, founder and CEO of Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates. “Brandi has been instrumental in the execution of credit union strategies globally for more than 15 years. With her leadership, the possibilities are endless. Although Mike, the team and I will miss her energy in the office, we are lucky to call her family. We are very proud of her growth, and happy to see her take the next step to impact credit unions well into the future.”
According to CUSG, in her new role Stankovic will direct product and service delivery for CUSG’s Michigan Solutions division, including all Michigan-centric partnerships as well as sales and affiliation efforts for Michigan’s 235 credit unions. Michigan Solutions is a division of CU Solutions Group, a CUSO majority-owned by the Michigan league.
Stankovic is also charged with developing a new product-led consulting strategy for CUSG that will create a national network of consultants who sell and support CUSG products like Performance Pro, Compease, CU PlanningPro and CU BoardNavigator.
“What an amazing opportunity,” Stankovic said. “First, CUSG and the Michigan Credit Union League and its leadership are forging new ground and providing value to the credit unions of Michigan. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to continue working with my clients and partners in the industry, conducting strategic planning, creating strategic alliances, delivering educational keynotes and sessions, and guiding a team to make a difference in the lives of credit unions, their leadership and their members.”
Stankovic is an organizational change expert and motivational speaker with a proven track record of inspiring firms globally with her leadership models, engagement and award-winning education. Stankovic, who holds a doctorate in education and MBA, is a Credit Union Development Educator (DE), serves on numerous boards including HRD Network, Nevada Council on Economic Education and spends time volunteering with young professionals and the World Council of Credit Union’s Global Women’s Leadership Network.
Prior to MSA, she served as the vice president of marketing and administration at Ventura County Credit Union, and director of client support at Harland Educational Services.
