CU Recovery Partners With DCM Services to Provide Expertise in Accounts Receivables Management

WYOMING, Minn.— CU Recovery, a PSCU company, announced it has partnered with DCM Services, a provider of data and contact management solutions for the estate and specialty receivables recovery market.

The company said the partnership will benefit credit unions across the nation as the two organizations combine their expertise in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry.

“DCMS is very pleased to partner with CU Recovery to provide a much needed recovery tool for the credit union space,” said DCMS CEO Tim Bauer. “While our two companies each offer very specialized services, our partnership will be mutually beneficial for our credit union clients.”

CU Recovery said it will further strengthen its collections efficacy by providing credit unions with the ability to add additional services, utilizing DCMS proprietary technology to improve recoveries on both probate and non-probate inventory. Additionally, DCMS will provide its survivor-sensitive approach to greatly enhance the survivor experience of its customers, CU Recover said.

Organic Growth

The organizations said the partnership grew organically from a synergistic relationship between the two organizations over the past several years.

“This partnership provides an additional depth of experience and knowledge that creates a win-win for our clients,” said Wendy Elieff, senior vice president, Client Service and Marketing, CU Recovery & The Loan Service Center. “We look forward to working alongside DCMS to proactively increase recoveries on accounts.”
