ATLANTA, Ga.—The first baby of 2015 born in Fayette County, Ga., has received a $500 gift, courtesy of Delta Community Credit Union.
The winning baby was Dolan Williamson, who was born to Montana Williamson and Tiffany Klienkauf. The funds have been placed into a Sandy Savers account at DCU.
Delta Community Credit Union partnered with each of Piedmont’s five metro Atlanta hospitals for its second annual New Year Baby giveaway.
“It’s our privilege to partner with Piedmont for a second year and to extend a financial head-start to the children awarded these savings accounts,” said Matthew Shepherd, Delta Community’s COO, in a statement.
The family was also presented with a gift basket from the Piedmont Fayette Hospital Auxiliary; a certificate for a year’s supply of Chick-fil-A, compliments of Doug Mickey, Chick-fil-A Dwarf House in Fayetteville and a fruit assortment from Edible Arrangements.
