GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–CU*Answers said it has extended its weekly Dashboard Dive webinar series into October.
The 2018 Dashboard Dive series, facilitated by the Asterisk Intelligence team, was originally scheduled to run weekly through August, but due to increased demand and the introduction of five new dashboards in the 18.07 CU*BASE release, the decision was made to extend the series through October 18, the company said.
The Dashboard Dive series was first offered in 2012 by Keegan Daniel, vice president of professional services, as a catalyst for credit union education and raising awareness of existing toolsets and analytical competencies available within CU*BASE, according to CU*Answers. Since that time, the educational series has transitioned to be facilitated by the Asterisk Intelligence team and expanded to cover topics ranging from loan productivity to fraud monitoring and everything in between.
“The Asterisk Intelligence team was an obvious fit to take over the Dashboard Dive series given their focus on data strategy, governance, and analytics,” said Keegan. “Facilitating these events has increased the visibility of the Asterisk Intelligence team and has really showcased the analytical capabilities of CU*BASE.”
