GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–A significant milestone has been reached for the dashboards feature of CU*Answers’ product, Analytics Booth, a web-based analytics platform for credit unions.
According to the CUSO, data collection for the dashboards feature began in 2016, and as of September 2017 the tool now includes a full calendar year of historical data for review and analysis across the majority of its user base.
The remaining users who have not yet achieved 365+ days of daily history data will reach the milestone in approximately 1 month. The volume of historical data continues to grow every day as Analytics Booth receives a daily feed of summary information from the CUSO’s core system, CU*BASE, CU*Answers said.
“Analytics Booth is one of our most popular analytics tools, and this recent accomplishment underscores our current efforts toward supporting data analytics and data warehousing at credit unions,” said Keegan Daniel, VP of professional services and manager of Asterisk Intelligence at CU*Answers. “Asterisk Intelligence understands data collection and management is a key component of any analytics tool we offer.”
CU*Answers said Analytics Booth is a powerful, web-based performance tracker and analytics engine for credit union executives, staff, boards of directors, and occasionally credit union vendors or examiners. Formerly called My CU Today, the product underwent a rebranding transition in July 2017 to position itself closer to its true focus on analytics. More than 130 credit unions use Analytics Booth today, with over 10,000 email alerts per month across all users. 70+ data points are tracked daily for analysis in the various tools within Analytics Booth.
In addition to the stand-alone Analytics Booth product, CU*Answers said it provides more than 80 easy-to-use data analysis dashboards within its core system covering a wide range of the data available to each credit union on CU*BASE today including: loan portfolio review, collections management, EFT portfolio review, money movement analysis, account/member retention, sales tracking, credit score trending, and more.
