CO-OP Unveils Updated ATM Signage Program

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.– CO-OP Financial Services has unveiled its updated CO-OP ATM Signage Program, enabling credit unions participating in the nationwide CO-OP ATM network to “bring a contemporary look and unique branding experience to their ATM fleets,” the company said.

“Our new CO-OP ATM Signage Program offers more flexibility so that credit unions can update the look of their ATMs, make that look more consistent, and at the same time allow clients to customize based on their brand and member experience needs,” said Stan Hollen, president/CEO, CO-OP Financial Services. “Equally as important, we are providing enhanced financial support to our clients as they adopt the new signage.”

CO-OP has financially helped credit unions co-brand ATMs since the program was launched in 2008. The revised program has an exclusive partner, Companion Systems of North Salt Lake, Utah. Companion Systems will work with CU clients to ensure high-quality products, optimal pricing, consistent designs and excellent client service, CO-OP said.

According to CO-OP, rebate provisions and financial enhancements of the revised program are based on two tiers of service: 1) Signage and standardized custom toppers; and 2) Basic and premium surround options. Previously, the program only offered signage.

Subsidies are enhanced for those credit unions participating in CO-OP’s card transaction processing services. Details can be found at http://co-opfs.org/be-more/marketing-portal/atm-signage-program.
