CO-OP To Highlight Transformation Ecosystem at GAC

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – With digital transformation rapidly expanding market opportunities for credit unions, CO-OP Financial Services said it will be demonstrating how CUs can quickly take advantage of that transformation through its single ecosystem of payments and technology solutions at CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington next week.

“No one needs any convincing today of the urgency to digitally transform their credit union,” said Todd Clark, president/CEO of CO-OP. “What is needed to actually get there is the dedicated partnership we can offer, providing streamlined access to the best and broadest solutions set in the industry. CO-OP is delivering solutions and strategic advice in the payments and technology space to ensure success for credit unions and their members.”

Interactive Stations

According to CO-OP, “Partnering on the Path to Opportunity” will be a demonstration of its integrated payments, networks and member solutions ecosystem, along with growth and retention services. Inside the CO-OP booth, #303 at the entrance of the exhibition hall, the company said GAC 2019 attendees will find interactive stations providing:

  • Interactive demonstrations highlighting MyCO-OP, a single-sign-on client portal providing access to all CO-OP’s tools and applications; Springboard, CO-OP’s proprietary credit card servicing application enabling credit union staff access to member card data in real time; and mobile apps, including CardNav by CO-OP for card control and alerts.
  • A preview demo of a new platform rolling out later this year as a tool inside of MyCO-OP. The platform will make it easy for credit unions to consume and utilize CO-OP Application Protocol Interfaces (APIs) and other integration services.
  • Credit union and member experience kiosks providing overviews of features and benefits of CO-OP services that ensure seamless, secure experiences for both credit union staff and members.

Networking Lounge

The company said it will also host the CO-OP Networking Lounge, located just outside the exhibition floor entrance, to the right as attendees approach the doors. It will be open Sunday through Tuesday of the conference, and offer busy credit union executives an opportunity to connect with colleagues, check email, or just rest and recharge with some feet-up time. Snacks will also be available, as well as specialty coffees prepared by a barista, CO-OP said.

At the CO-OP Networking Lounge, the company will be offering 1:1 Advisor Sessions.

“GAC 2019 attendees can come by the lounge and schedule a 20 minute consulting appointment with a CO-OP expert on digital strategies, payments growth strategies and more in-depth demonstrations of MyCO-OP and Springboard,” CO-OP said.
