RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.– CO-OP Financial Services has named Todd Clark as its new president/CEO effective June 27.
Clark served most recently as SVP/Head of STAR Network and Debit Processing for First Data Corp., Atlanta, where he had full profit and loss responsibility for the EFT Group. In this capacity, he led a team of more than 600 product, strategy, communications, strategic sales, technology, operations and support personnel, the company said.
Prior to First Data, Clark was an executive with Cardtronics, Inc., and also served in a prior capacity at First Data from 1991 to 2012.
Clark will succeed Stan Hollen, the well-known CEO of CO-OP who is retiring. CO-OP reports it has relationships with approximately 3,500 credit unions representing 50-million account-holders, and offers access to 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs. The company also operates a shared branch network in conjunction with 1,800 credit unions representing 5,200 shared branches.
