North Jersey FCU is seeking a CEO to replace its retiring CEO, Lourdes Cortez, who will step down in December.
“The board is now ready to activate this plan and recruit for an experienced leader to build on the organization’s history and commitment to members,” the credit union said.
North Jersey FCU has $237-million in assets and more than 24,000 members.
The credit union said it is seeking a chief executive officer who has a proven track record, engages within the community, leads with a collaborative team approach, and has the experience to drive strategic results.
