BATON ROUGE, La.–Two credit unions have announced CEO moves.
Dawn Harris, president and CEO of Campus FCU, said she will retire in December of this year.
Harris has been with Campus Federal for 35 years, beginning in 1983.
“My driving purpose was to help others and I have been able to do just that at Campus Federal,” said Harris in a released statement. “I have the upmost
confidence in our leaders and our team to continue to grow, innovate, and keep Campus Federal rooted in our communities. I believe there is no greater purpose than to help others. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to fulfill that purpose for 35 wonderful years.”
The $630-million Campus FCU was established by employees of Louisiana State University in 1934. It has nearly 38,000 members. CFCU has not announced a successor.
In Odon, Ind., Crane Credit Union has named Kevin Sparks as its new president/CEO following the retirement of Bob Downs. Sparks has more than 20 years in financial services and has been with Crane CU since 2004.
The $559-million Crane CU has approximately 46,500 members.
