CEO Changes Announced At Three Credit Unions

SULPHER, La.–Kathy Bourgeois has resigned as CEO of Access of Louisiana FCU here in order to accept a position with Turnaround Consulting Services, which is also based here. 

Bourgeois spent 17 years with the credit union and indicated that she will continue to work with Access as it transitions to a new CEO. The $27-million Access of Louisiana has 5,153 members.

Meanwhile, in Olyphant, Penn., Clarence Baltrusaitis has been named CEO of the $178-million NET Credit Union upon the retirement of Larry Bordi, who will step down in September after 42 years with the credit union. The credit union has nearly 18,000 members.

And in Hackensack, N.J., Leo O’Donnell has been named CEO of First Bergen FCU, an affiliate of the anti-poverty group Greater Bergen Community Action Inc. Before joining First Bergen, O'Donnell served as vice president-lending at First Atlantic Federal Credit Union; he has been active in credit unions since 1995.
