MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.—Credit union leaders, community partners, and local supporters recently gathered at Broken Clock Cooperative Brewing in Minneapolis to raise a glass to a century of people helping people—and to celebrate the launch of High Yield Pale Ale, a limited-edition craft beer created in partnership between the Minnesota Credit Union Network and Broken Clock, MnCUN reported.
A portion of proceeds from each sale supports the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation’s financial literacy initiatives across the state, the league explained.
The league explained that attendees had the opportunity to sample the beer, meet the team behind the project, and learn how to get involved by:
- Serving High Yield Pale Ale at member or community events
- Sharing the story with members who want to support the cause
- Helping bring the beer to local shelves and taps through credit union small business partnerships
