Beacon CU Moving Into New Market With DEI-Led Renovation Of Building

RUSHVILLE, Ind.–Beacon Credit Union, which serves 41 counties in Indiana and has more than 43,000 members, has opened its first branch in the Rushville, Ind. Area.

The Rushville, Indiana branch is Beacon Credit Union’s first in the area.  Previously a medical building, renovation of the building was led by design/build firm DEI. The goal is to increase both brand awareness and personal interaction with members.

The 2,936-square-foot renovation included updates to the exterior brick, roof and the interior to adhere to the credit unions established brand.

“The interior is bright, open and creates a warm, welcoming environment through layout, color scheme and dialogue banking pods,” the credit union said.

The pods increase personal interaction while the included cash recyclers provide convenience, efficiency and security, the $1.2-billion BCU added.

“DEI was a valuable partner in helping us implement a retail layout that translated our brand in a visual and engaging way,” said Kevin Willour, president and CEO of Beacon Credit Union.  “They were professional and responsive in each step of the build.”
