TUKWILA, WASH.—BECU has purchased eight buildings at the Gateway Corporate Center office and industrial park here for an undisclosed price.
BECU already owned two buildings at the Corporate Center—building its corporate headquarters here in 1990.
The new purchase expands BECU’s holdings in the office park to 589,000 square feet, REBusiness Online reported.
