NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – B-M S Federal Credit Union has introduced a new website.
The site features “innovative” content to attract and engage users while enhancing user experience, the credit union said.
B-M S FCU noted it has been upgrading its technologies to better improve service to members. “After enhancing account opening software to make the process more seamless, the credit union decided to refresh their brand and relaunch their website, with the goal of attracting the ‘next generation’ of members, all while still providing excellent service to the existing member base,” the credit union said in a statement.
“This year B-M S Federal Credit Union has been going through a digital transformation,” stated Jennifer Bruett, president and CEO of B-M S FCU. “We wanted to reflect that transformation visually as well by updating our website and logo to a more clean, fresh design. We look forward to continuing to serve our members and providing them with updated technologies.”
To develop the new website, B-M S FCU partnered with CADE advertising in Tallahassee, Fla. CADE, in turn, worked alongside United Solutions’ marketing department to create a compelling, user-friendly site that anticipates the needs of current clients and the industry, the CU stated.
Improved Content, Functionality
“The content and functionality of the site mirrors B-M S Federal Credit Union’s dedication of bringing quality services to each member,” the credit union said. “The combination of important account and loan information with financial resources allows B-M S Federal Credit Union to effectively serve its members. One major aspect of this website is its easy navigation, providing members with the resources to open accounts and apply for loans without the hassle of coming into a branch.”
