CINCINNATI—The prices for leases were slightly higher in October. The vehicles with the largest increased monthly payment are the Nissan Sentra with a +22.91% increase,  the Toyota Corolla with a +16.36% increase, and the Nissan Altima with a +15.13% increase in price from September, according to Wantalease.com, an online marketplace for new lease deals.

The Nissan Sentra is currently offered at $149 per month, while the Toyota Corolla is offered at $229 per month, followed by the Nissan Altima at $239 per month, the company said.

A number of other vehicles saw similar price increases including the Chevrolet Impala with a +14.78% increase, the Ford Fusion with a +14.42% increase, and the Ford Focus with a +10.85% increase in price.

The Chevrolet Impala is offered at $349 per month, the Ford Fusion is offered at $261 per month, and the Ford Focus is offered at $199 per month, Wantalease.com said.

“More than likely, prices continue to increase over the last few months as OEMs look to offer stronger incentives and overall deals for financing loans as opposed to leases,” said Scot Hall, executive vice president of Wantalease.com.
