PHILADELPHIA–The Philadelphia Business Journal named Ardent CU’s Rob Werner one of their 2016 Most Admired CEOs.
The publication said the recognition stemmed from Werner's continuous effort to grow and improve the credit union, which has achieved significant milestones in the short time he’s been at the helm, according to the Pennsylvania CU Association.
Ardent Credit Union was named one of the 2016 "Best of the Best" by MemberXP and a 2016 Healthiest Company by SmartCEO.
Werner was also recently named president of Delaware Valley CUES and earned a Certified Innovative Executive of CIE designation. He said he aims to lead by motivating, developing, and listening to his staff of all levels, which has allowed for both his success as well as the credit unions.
