ONALASKA, Wis. –As part of CUToday.info’s ongoing pledge to provide ongoing coverage of drivers who keep crashing into credit union facilities, a branch of Altra FCU here has become the latest victim.
AFCU had to temporarily close the branch after a vehicle went over the curb and struck the building, causing damage to windows and the brick wall underneath, according to WKBT.
The branch will be closed to the public until repairs and inspections are completed. The drive through will remain available, according to a Facebook post by Altra Federal.
For other CUs that have been struck by vehicles, just search “crash into building” at CUToday.info.
