And the Second Winner of Alloya’s ’10 for 10 for 10’ Initiative Is…

NAPERVILLE, Ill.—The second winner in Alloya Corporate FCU’s “10 for 10 for 10” initiative  has been named: Crouse Health Foundation.

As CUToday.info has reported, Alloya is celebrating its 10th anniversary, which falls on Oct. 24, by  donating $10,000 to 10 charities over 10 days.

Crouse Health Foundation was nominated by Crouse Federal Credit Union in Syracuse, N.Y. The Crouse Health Foundation was established in 1974 with the mission of supporting Crouse Health in providing the best patient care and promoting community health.

Crouse Federal Credit Union has been serving health care employees of Crouse Hospital and their families since 1978. The hospital serves a diverse community and is proud of their long-term retention of skilled, highly reviewed health care professionals. Crouse Federal Credit Union serves over 2,000 members, including employees and volunteers of Crouse Hospital and its subsidiaries, Alloya stated.

“Alloya congratulates Crouse Federal Credit Union and the Crouse Health Foundation for being the second winner of the 10 for 10 for 10 charitable donation program,” the corporate said.

The Selection Process

The 10 for 10 for 10charity nomination and selection process is being driven by Alloya’s 1,400 credit union members, the corporate said. In total, credit unions nominated 101 charities between Sept. 27 and Oct. 8. In the days leading up to its 10-year anniversary, Alloya is announcing the winners of its charitable donation program through a daily announcement at 10:00 am CT on its website at www.alloyacorp.org/winyour10. In addition, CUToday.info will also announce each day’s winner. The program concludes on Monday, Oct. 25.

The first winning organization was PARC.
