MADISON, Wis./WASHINGTON–The 2017 CUNA Elly Awards were presented at CUNA Experience Learning Live! The awards recognize top achievers in credit union training.
The 2017 Elly Award winners are:
- WOW Award: Honor Credit Union, Berrien Springs, Mich. and Summit Credit Union, Madison, Wis.
- WOW Award (Merit Winner): Capital Educators Federal Credit Union, Meridian, Idaho
- Training Champion: Audra Weber, America’s First Federal Credit Union, Birmingham, Ala.
- eLearning Award: Marielle Richie, Gerber Federal Credit Union, Fremont, Mich.
- eLearning Award (Merit Winner): Serena Straus, Advantis Credit Union, Clackamas, Ore.
- Best Production Design: Credit Union 1, Anchorage, Alaska
“Credit union trainers who are able to create innovative and unique experiences for their staff are one of the main contributors to the credit union movement’s progress,” said Courtney Cantwell, instructional design manager at CUNA, in a statement. “These awards shine a spotlight on some of the individuals and credit unions most dedicated to enhancing their learning environment.”
