JACKSON, Mich.–American 1 Credit Union drew its largest turnout ever for its Women’s Expo, with nearly 4,000 people in attendance at the one-day event.
The credit union has been hosting the Women’s Expo for 16 years. The event is free and presented the opportunity to browse products and learn about businesses and services from more than 175 vendors, 30 of which were new to the event this year.
Booths representing beauty, fashion, jewelry, accessories, home décor, health, non-profit organizations, and other businesses were all available to visitors. This year’s annual Grand Prize Raffle featured an Apple iPad Mini 4 from American 1 Credit Union.
“We are so thrilled to have yet another wildly successful Jackson Women’s Expo,” said American 1 Credit Union’s Event Coordinator, Jorden Griffin. “The smiles on the faces of the attendees and vendors are how we measure the success of our events.”
The credit union said the primary focus of the Jackson Women’s Expo is giving back to the community.
