The changes will formalize corporate items unchanged since the merger of America’s Credit Unions’ legacy organizations. Both the name and domicile were directed by the former boards of directors when the letter of intent to merge was signed, ACU noted.

“When our credit union members voted to create America’s Credit Unions more than two years ago, it reaffirmed the importance of having a strong voice in Washington, D.C. We’ve made significant progress in unifying our organization and this name and domicile vote is a final legal step to formalize what our members voted for," said Karen Harbin, America’s Credit Unions board of directors chair.

This membership vote is being conducted by Intelliscan, Inc., an independent tabulation management company. Messages will be sent from ACU@intelliscanvotes.com to member CEOs' emails.
