WASHINGTON--Two credit union CEOs were elected to serve on the America’s Credit Unions board of directors, the organization announced: Bay Federal Credit Union President/CEO Carrie Birkhofer and Wright-Patt Credit Union President/CEO Tim Mislansky.
Terms for both began Monday; Birkhofer will serve on the board through February 2029, and Mislansky’s term runs through February 2030.
Chaired by Commonwealth Credit Union CEO Karen Harbin, the America’s Credit Unions board consists of elected League and credit union leaders representing credit unions of all sizes throughout the country, ACU noted.
Birkhofer was elected from mid-size members (credit unions with at least 50,000 but not more than 200,000 members) in the Western region and Mislansky was elected from large members (credit unions with at least 200,000 members) in the Southern region.
