MANCHESTER, N.H.–America’s Credit Union Museum plans to host a dedication ceremony for the Mike L’Ecuyer Skywalk here later this month.
The skywalk, which connects the older part of the museum with its recent expansion, honors L’Ecuyer, who recently retired as CEO of Bellwether Community Credit Union, and who was also the former chairman of the museum who oversaw a multi-million dollar effort to renovate the museum.
The renovation has been ongoing over the past two years.
“Fueled by L’Ecuyer’s passion for the museum, the renovation was an example of how credit unions work together cooperatively for the greater good,” America’s Credit Union Museum said in a statement.
Joining the dedication event, scheduled for Sept. 26, will be NCUA Board Member Mark McWatters, who will address the attendees following the dedication.
