RIVERDALE, Utah – America First Credit Union has launchedThe America First Innovation Center which it said will not serve as a traditional branch, but instead as a collaborative hub to showcase the latest innovative solutions and give members and consumers a greater voice in shaping how they want to be served in the future.
America First said it will test multiple channel experiences to gain real-time feedback and use this insight to implement experience enhancements across its member base and within its 116 branch locations.
The credit union said it opened the Innovation Center in the City Creek Center because it welcomes visitors from all over the state and surrounding areas.
“This is a very exciting time for America First with the launch of our first-ever Innovation Center,” said America First Credit Union President and CEO John B. Lund in a statement. “We have maintained our position to bring relevant innovation to our members and provide the best experience possible. This continues to propel us forward as a leader in this space.”
Other companies partnering in the project include Adrenaline, Antuar, BNA Consulting, Buffalo Pacific, Cisco, City Creek Center, Diebold, Downstream, Financial Town, Glory Global Solutions, HKS Architects, MX, MultiTaction, Oakland Construction, and Taubman, among others. At various times, representatives from these companies will be on site to present on the technologies included as part of the Innovation Center, the credit union said.
“We solicited the very best in technology from the most advanced and well-known companies to bring this unique space to life,” said Randy Halley, executive vice president at America First Credit Union, in a statement. “The Innovation Center will provide access to the advanced solutions that will allow us to continuously improve upon our commitment to provide the best service for our members.”
