ROME, N.Y.– AmeriCU Credit Union said it has introduced an array of rewards as part of the rollout of its new checking account program. The new rewards offer members exclusive perks, cashback offers, and other “enticing incentives,” according to the credit union.
The $2.7-billion AmeriCU said it has streamlined its checking offerings and members can now pick their perks between earning dividends or rewards.
The credit union said its Rewards Checking Account is designed for members who actively use their debit cards, with the ability to earn points on every signature-based debit card swipe and redeem points for cash back, gift cards, merchandise, discounted gas and more.
Meanwhile, AmeriCU said with its High Rate Checking Account, members can earn more on their funds.
‘Seamless Transactions’
“With these new checking account programs members gain access to a suite of financial tools, ensuring seamless transactions, bill payments, and day-to-day money management,” AmeriCU said. “Members can also get paid one day early with a qualifying direct deposit. Upon enrollment, all checking accounts come with free e-statements.”
The credit union said there is no minimum opening deposit required, and free checks are offered to members 50+ with an eligible account.
