ROME, N.Y. –AmeriCU Credit Union said it has introduced a new Virtual Financial Center that offers a new level of digital service and support to “connect where members are, with where they want to be.”
According to AmeriCU, the enhanced digital engagement methods give members access to all of the credit union’s services in one location while operating entirely online.
In addition, AmeriCU said it has a dedicated team ready and available to handle transactions, inquiries, and applications virtually and connect with members for all their financial needs.
“Our Virtual Financial Center team is able to provide nearly the same service experience members receive and expect when visiting an office in person with the added convenience of being able to connect on screen from anywhere,” said Kristy D’Imperio, AVP-member contact center. “This allows members who relocate or travel frequently the opportunity to continue being an AmeriCU member and deepens our relationship so we can continue to help them succeed.”
AmeriCU said it also offers live chat, audio calls, and video chat.
