ALPENA, Mich.–Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union said it has again rolled back its overdraft privilege (ODP) and non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees to $17.50 from $19.52.
The credit union said this is the second time it has reduced its fees, the result of which is it will “provide more dollars back into our members’ accounts and aid in helping members save over $350,000 in 2020.”
AAACU reported that when it lowered its fees in December of 2018 members saved more than $194,000 in just 12 months.
“The credit union is proud to offer fees that are nearly $16 lower than the national average helping members know AAACU is working in their best interest to be their valued financial partner for life,” Alpena Alcona Area CU said in a statement.
