All In CU’s New Headquarters to Feature Unique Roof Feature for Military Pilots

DALEVILLE, Ala.— All In Credit Union has broken ground on a new operations center/headquarters here.

The $3.3-billion credit union said the 138,000 square-foot expansion has been carefully designed to serve its needs for the next 20 years, and that the expansion will allow for it to provide an “unparalleled experience for members” as it also prepares for future growth.

All in Credit Union currently has 33 branches throughout Southeast Alabama, Northwest Florida and Mississippi, and said the new building will provide it with the additional infrastructure it needs.

‘Extraordinarily Proud’

“After extensive planning, we are extraordinarily proud to bring this project to life,” CEO Bobby Michael said in a statement. “We look forward to the elevated working environment it will provide for employees as well as the positive impact it will bring to the community with access to financial services provided by All In along with services such as childcare and healthcare offered by vendors who will have space in the building.”

All In CU said that when completed, the Operations Center will increase the size of the current facility by more than three times the existing footprint and will also house teams that will support the anticipated growth of All In in the coming years.

‘More Than Just a Place to Work’

“Despite the massive size of this building, it will be much more than just a structure that we work in,” Michael added. “This building symbolizes what can be accomplished when a company is committed to excellence, sound business principles and serving their local community.”

In addition, All In CU said the “modern and inspiring work environment will provide All In employees with the space needed to work and to foster collaboration between team members. The facility will also make it easier to attract future employees in a post-COVID world where working from home is a huge incentive.”

More than 500 employees are expected to work in the facility.

Unique Feature

The credit union said among the most unique features of the structure will be the “Fly Army” logos on the roof, “communicating to Fort Novosel pilots that their credit union supports them.”

All In CU began its life as Army Aviation Center FCU before changing its name in 2019.

Exterior features will include outdoor parking covered by solar paneled roofing to help support the building’s renewable energy.
