ALBANY, N.Y.–Albany Firemen’s FCU has a new name. The credit union is now NY Firefighters Bravest FCU.
According to the credit union, the name change accompanies a new TIP charter that will allow all New York State professional firefighters to join. The new outreach program will start with a new branch established in Manhattan, it said.
The new name also comes with a new website at www.nybravestfcu.org
The $22.5-million CU has approximately 2,500 members.
