ST. PAUL, Minn.– Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union has entered into a new pilot program with Metropolitan State University to offer a two-year MBA program for its employees. Affinity Plus said it will be paying the cost of each employee’s tuition.
Employees would complete 40 credits during this two-year MBA program. Each semester will consist of two courses that must be completed, containing one self-paced online course and another weekly in-person course located at the St. Paul Affinity Plus corporate branch. Twenty-four spots are open for the first pilot program, which is set to begin in January 2020, APFCU said.

According to the credit union, Metropolitan State’s College of Management’s student-centered programs are designed to serve a diverse student population with an applied, globally-oriented curriculum, empowering them to achieve career goals as ethical and strategic leaders and managers in business, government, and non-profit organizations.
