TUCSON, Ariz.—Hughes Federal Credit Union has introduced new co-branded Visa debit cards with the Banner Health Foundation and Vail School District Foundation.
For every new card issued, Hughes Federal Credit Union will donate $5 to each respective organization.
“We’re always thinking about our community and ways to give back,” said Kerry Graham, marketing manager at Hughes. “We’re excited to offer an opportunity for our members to support local students, schools and hospitals just by choosing one of our newest cards.”
According to HFCU, the debit cards are available in-branch only for all Checking and Checking PLUS members through instant-issue.
Hughes FCU also offers the University of Arizona’s Bear Down Wildcat card, the Tucson Sugar Skulls debit card, and local artist Diana Madaras’ designs. For each Bobcat card that is opened from the Madaras collection, Hughes donates $5 to the Tucson Wildlife Center.
The $1.5-billion Hughes FCU has more than 143,000 members.
