DUNEDIN, Fla. – Achieva Credit Union has unveiled a new online banking system designed to maximize the member banking experience, including 20 new features at launch.
"We have designed a brand new experience that provides our members with innovative tools and functions to manage their money and customize their banking needs online,” said John Wintermeier, chief information officer for Achieva Credit Union, in a statement. “
According to Wintermeier, the new online banking system is a result of over 5,000 hours spent by the developers and key team members in listening to members’ needs through focus groups and member seminars.
“It was extremely important that we accommodate the feedback that our members provided as we began the process,” said Wintermeier. “We are excited about the many new enhancements that we are now providing.”
The credit union said the primary advantage of the new system is the consolidated account view that provides members with one login for easy access to multiple accounts, and the ability to customize their dashboard to manage their accounts in real time. New features include budgeting tools and savings goals and a quick transfer tool that only requires four clicks to move your money. Achieva said other improvements include faster load time, an enhanced help feature, customizable widgets and themes, advanced transaction search and sort, and extended account history viewing.
Achieva said it is providing several methods to assist members with registration and conversion to the new system, including an online Quick Reference Guide and a video tutorial library of 12 educational videos. The Achieva Mobile app has also been updated and aligned with the new online banking system.
