HOT SPRINGS, Ark.—An ATM has been stolen from Combined FCU here.
According to Hot Springs Police, they received a call to the credit union at 5:15 a.m. and when officers arrived found the ATM missing and extensive damage to the roof that had been covering the machine.
Witnesses told police the suspect used a forklift to remove the ATM and load the machine to the back of a U-Haul truck. Video also shows the ATM being stolen.
Later that morning at approximately 10:40 a.m., police said they were called to Hot Springs High School where, behind a baseball field, they found the stolen U-Haul truck and forklift, along with the stolen ATM.
Police said the ATM had been forced open and the money was taken.
