MADISON, Wis.–The National Credit Union Foundation said it has made a “deep well of resources” available to help credit union employees to understand not just the credit union difference but to also live it, as well.
The materials can help make both new and veteran employees newly recharged “credit union ambassadors,” according to the Foundation.
“Your employees need to have a good understanding of why credit unions are different and how that translates into serving your members,” the Foundation said. “In order for them to become passionate credit union advocates, they need to be jazzed about working for a credit union.”
Providing that jazz, the Foundation said, are materials drawn from its Development Education program that allow users to more effectively communicate the credit union difference. The materials are available here: https://www.ncuf.coop/how-we-help/de/leveraging-cudifferencematerials/materials.cmsx
