ARLINGTON, Va.— Erica Javellana, the Zappos Insights' Speaker of the House, will seek to educate credit unions on how to develop a strong organizational culture and enact positive change during NAFCU's 51st Annual Conference & Solutions Expo – June 19-22 in Seattle.
DuringJavellana's keynoteon the conference's final day, she'll share Zappos' core values system, the company's approach to customer service and employee engagement and how credit unions can apply this "Culture of Service" within their own institutions, according to NAFCU.
The trade group said more than 50 speakers will lead more than 40 sessions during the show.
According to NAFCU, each day is focused on a different angle of strategic planning:
- Day 1: Will provide credit unions with a full picture of the industry today and what to put into place to be ready for the future.
- Day 2: Credit unions will receive new ideas from four big thinkers, followed by a deep dive into each of the four topics with hands-on workshops led by the keynoters themselves.
- Day 3: The final day of the conference, credit unions will put everything together – learning how to best apply what they've learned so they can quickly and efficiently accomplish excellence in their institutions.
